    People often think about red meat when they hear about beef. It is believed to be one of the most unhealthy categories of meat, but if you eat it in balance, it can also provide you with a proper source of nutrients like iron, protein, etc. There are various categories of beef, among which grass-fed beef can be considered healthier than grain-fed beef.
